Beat Me If You Can Survive If I Let You Tazz Shirt

Beat Me If You Can Survive If I Let You Tazz Shirt

While wearing the Beat Me If You Can Survive If I Let You Tazz Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this colors may be in poor taste and offensive to many, it is important to remember that the Flag Code is intended as a guide to be followed on a purely voluntary basis to insure proper respect for the flag. It is, at least, questionable whether statutes placing civil or criminal penalties on the wearing of clothing bearing or resembling a flag could be constitutionally enforced in light of Supreme Court decisions in the area of flag desecration. Largely because they don’t see it as disrespecting the flag, I would assume. And I imagine that prosecuting people over wearing American flag representations would be an absolute mess. Outside of the US, I’ve seen a lot of non-Americans wearing stuff with the US flag on it. It’s kind of a fashion statement. And, I mean, you can’t expect non-Americans to give a shit about Flag Code. “Criminal penalties for certain acts of desecration to the flag were contained in Title 18 of the United States Code prior to 1989. The Supreme Court decision in Texas v. Johnson; June 21, 1989, held the statute unconstitutional. This statute was amended when the Flag Protection Act of 1989 (Oct. 28, 1989) imposed a fine and/or up to I year in prison for knowingly mutilating, defacing, physically defiling, maintaining on the floor or trampling upon any flag of the United States. The Flag Protection Act of 1989 was struck down by the Supreme Court decision, United States vs. Eichman, decided on June 11, 1990.”

Official Beat Me If You Can Survive If I Let You Tazz Shirt

What does this mean? It means, since no one can be fined for desecrating the Beat Me If You Can Survive If I Let You Tazz Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this Flag, I would presume (perhaps incorrectly, considering how screwed up this country is now) that you could not be fined for SHOWING RESPECT to the flag, either. Therefore, I would say “go for it” and display it on your sleeve just as the cops and military do. DO NOT wear it on your pants leg, on the back of your coat, or any other such way that would be considered to be merely ornamentation. Just be prepared to have your coat ripped off and trampled (and you with it) cuz, as I said, it’s a pretty screwed up country now. And don’t expect the cops to protect you because only left-wingers have rights anymore. I don’t think the colors and pattern are good for clothing. Flags aren’t intended for fashion. They’re intended to stand out and be recognizable from a long distance. Regarding whether it’s disrespectful, ehhhh, I don’t particularly care. I enjoy vexillology
