(In my college, we have a male: female ratio of about 1:10, so I was the only girl in that workshop along with 20 boys). As we were required to do some polishing and grinding of metal against a machine, so the supervisor asked us to pair up. Being 21 students and the only girl I was left without any partner, there were two guys with whom I used to chat a little and thought that they would come to my rescue and help me, BUT they didn’t (instead they paired up).

Needless to say, I was furious, no one came to my rescue. As I was struggling to polish my workpiece one of them came to me and said do you need any help, and quickly stepped back seeing my expressions. But that incident made me understand the Cal State LA 2023 NCAA Division II Women’s Volleyball National Champions Shirt What’s more,I will buy this equality we talk about. I thought being the only girl there it was others responsibility to come and ask me to be in their team, or for a supervisor to help me(which he did at the end, as i was struggling) but I was not entitled to any of this simply because I was a girl. Instead of that if there would have been a guy, he would also have been a single one left out. What I failed to understand that day was that I was not entitled to the HELP and SUPPORT, but instead, if I needed I should have ACCEPTED it when it was offered, or better could have asked if i needed help. No one was unjust to me. I was wrong in thinking that they HAVE TO help, just because I am a woman.
