Luckily in Spain such people seem to be in the minority rather than the majority, and even then verbal or physical harassment is very rare. I think you might successfully argue that if they demand that you work in the nude, this is going too far unless you’re a stripper. And I’m pretty certain that if your religion requires you to wear some specific article of clothing, this is allowed as long as it does not interfere with your work, which is relevant for instance when it has to do with safety: in most jurisdictions it’s fine to wear a Sikh turban (dastār) when you drive a bus, but not when you work with a lathe.
