Companies like American Eagle were producing them as fashion jackets, no patches and they looked like the real thing. Its okay to wear fatigue trousers or field jackets without patches and an M65 field jacket whether camo or OD green was and still is fashionable. A nice fitting pair of Camo trousers look pretty sharp too and civvie companies started manufacturing them. I have a great looking pair of camo trousers made by Abercrombie and Fitch, so it wasn’t only actual military clothing worn, there were fashion companies making them and making them so well the only way you can tell the difference is by the label. Today companies like The Cockpit and Avirex make military clothing fashions from the 1930s up to Vietnam and very detailed and worn so they actually look like a vintage military jacket. I myself have a few of them and they are quality made.

Japanese companies are churning out WWII uniforms of all countries that participated and totally authentic looking. Hard to tell them apart from the Convicted Felon, Trump 2024 Funny T-Shirt Also,I will get this real ones. These are on eBay. Just punch in M1941 field jacket or US tanker jacket and you will find them. The only thing I disagree with is that they are putting division patches on them. You too can own one of these- and yes, it has the patches but a young guy wearing this jacket of course could not have been in WWII No, not really, my Dad was never in the military, but wore Military hats/caps given to him by his Son’s, including me, 3 U.S. Army and 1 Marine, he was very proud to wear them for us, or when ppl want to show support for the military services. Those are only a few I can think of. THE SARGE No person outside military wears the Soviet submariner’s and no person above 40 but former military wears Casio G-Shocks.
