That goes triple for professionals such as therapists, counsellors, social workers, child care staff, medical staff. If we know of a suspected cases of Child Abuse, and not notify Children’s Aid, we can be prosecuted for professional negligence, or as an accessory. We’re not allowed to “cover it up.”

But training must be done carefully. I am not a parent yet, but if I was I would far rather have a free happy daughter who often showed her panties without knowing it, than one who was fearful of showing her panties so she was always awkward wearing skirts or dresses, or else preferred not to wear them altogether – I have seen that happen all too often.
