You’ll never see a model wearing an untucked shirt. In my opinion it’s a turn off. When I was in high school and ran x-country and long distance for track we had a similar issue come up. This was when sports bras were just starting to trend. Our problem was that we all had to wear shirts because some of the girls who were just taking P.E. classes were forgetting their clothes for P.E. classes and were claiming that their regular bra was a sports bra. Our coach who was female would run with us and she would wear just sports bras too as a top. She had no problem with our team because we all wore appropriate sports bras. Her directive to us was while we on the school campus to wear shirts but once we left campus on our runs we could take our shirts off. It was a funny site at the edge of campus a tree would get covered with shirts till we returned from our run.

Not sure what school you go to but I never had that issue with taking off my shirt for practice outside of school. I can see that if your school involves religion.
