That’s fashion or novelty underwear in every picture. I am not sure of the UConn Huskies Gameday 2024 NCAA Men’s Basketball National Champions Oversized T-Shirt Additionally,I will love this “legality”, but I have never seen been challenged anywhere swimming in them including hotel pools. The bottom two were taken one Labor Day Weekend when I did, “Nothing but Underwear Saturday,” and never dressed in more than my underwear from bedtime Friday until getting up on Sunday. I was dressed like that for the 90-minute drive to a state park with a big lake and beach and for swimming all day. I even went through the Taco Bell drive-thru in them all wet during the drive home. I never changed, because I didn’t bring any spare clothes along. I ran around all day in public in my underwear and loved it! I am pretty sure it’s not “illegal” to walk around in your underwear, no matter what it looks like. You’re covered, so there is no “indecent exposure”. If there are complaints, I guess you might be guilty of creating a public nuisance, so just be careful where you wear them. I doubt anyone is going to mind on the beach, especially if they don’t look like obvious underwear. The most daring thing I ever did was wear the boxer briefs and undershirt as “bike wear”. I rode to a convenience store and went inside to make a purchase. I left my helmet on. That seemed to fool everyone.
