The offensive interpretation of the T-shirt could be considered hate speech and therefore, it might be illegal. I actually think that this is one that would have to be tested in the courts. I think that deciding whether this T-shirt is illegal could not be determined until it’s considered be a court with sufficient standing to establish precedent.
