We live in a world where stranger danger is a thing and people still go up to kids that are none of their business and comment on their looks. I know, I know, not all people are pedophiles, but some are, and cute little kids are violated on a regular basis. Yeah, don’t undermine what we’re teaching, thanks In general, I give the parent a sympathetic smile, and keep going. You want to express your fellowship because every parent experiences this, but most parents just want to be left alone to cope with the outburst. When, the mother doesn’t step up, it is often the stranger that has to say something because that kid could often be put in their place, when they are out in public. I would leave immediately. The 1 thing that pisses me off the most when shopping is a screaming kid. I think to myself Jesus Christ had this parent lost their damn mind. Take that kid home. Stop disrupting everybody’s shopping because you can’t control your kid . Leaving a child in a car even if its moderate temperature outside is still deadly. But if the parent left the car on with the air conditioner running than that would be fine cause there would still be oxygen that they could breathe but I doubt they would leave their small child in a car by themselves. I would most likely call the police or tell the parent the dangers of leaving their child in the car.

Yes. But the Kansas City Strong – Together Kansas Shirt Furthermore, I will do this mom didn’t hold her for long, She put her down and let her run around outside to play in a tee shirt and nothing else, not a single sock, shoe or underwear. My guess is that baby girl was about 3, maybe 4. I ran to my youngest kids drawers with a sack and stuffed it with pants, shirts, training pants and a coat and some slippers. Then I ran it back to the childs mother. She took it, giving me a blank stare, asked “ what’s this?” I said “Clothes for the baby. Put them on her.” Then the idiot guy she was with says “ no! we’re gonna raise her to not be crazy about clothes and material junk.” I said “put them on her or I think somebody else is going to raise her.” It is a cold day. You go to the closet where you see your favourite sweater. You want to put it on. What do you do? I used to do this on a regular basis, with a mini box of animal crackers or raisins so that I could shop while the child was too busy eating to make a fuss. I ALWAYS paid for that by putting the empty box through at the checkout line. Not one cashier ever complained. In fact, they were impressed that I actually paid for it. The only time I had a problem was an extremely hot day and my daughter and I walked into the grocery store, took 2 cans of soda out of the chiller, and started to drink them as we were extremely thirsty. A security guard approached me about it and I told him that I would pay for it at checkout, it was just that we were both dying of thirst. When I got to checkout I picked up the cans, waved them at him, put them through and paid for them both, along with the rest of my groceries. The cashier who scolded the mother for feeding a hungry child had no business scolding the mother who actually was making an effort to pay for what had been eaten. I would have complained to the manager over that cashier’s behavior.
