They were great with khakis or dockers, looking professional but comfortable in a shipyard industrial area. Many businesses, and even federal government offices, in the mainland have Aloha Fridays. And they are must wear at local parties (luau). As for the designs; colorful, flowers, Asian and Polynesian prints are all great for Aloha shirts. They seem to embody Hawaii and the multicultural community.
