Rule #2: Fashion is about knowing how to mix it up and make it look like you planned it that way. Keep the basic rules of fashion in mind. That being said, there are indications that those rules are changing. With the shift of apparel that is acceptable for street wear (bike shorts with heels, Yoga pants with Dad sneakers, and more)
