I honestly think Leonard might not be as successful as he is today if his mother was Sheldon’s mother. from what I have observed, Leonard has only done excellent work in the hopes to please his mother (that almost never worked the way he wants it to), so if he ever gets a loving mother like Sheldon’s he might still be smart, but he won’t strive to do better. the pros that I see are that his self-esteem won’t be as low and that he wouldn’t be having mommy issues.
