There is absolutely no way to avoid a decrease in breast size during weight loss if it happens it happens. i know this for a fact because I gained weight in my late teens years…a lot of weight and I went from a small B cup to a full D cup. I thought it was breast development but it was due to the fact that I was overweight. I liked having cleavage but when I started losing weight it ended up shrinking very fast. I was 5”2 and 170 lbs. by the time I reached 150 lbs I was down to a c cup and another 20 pounds brought me down to a B. I ended up losing another 20 pounds After and that brought me down to An A cup. Was I wanting my breasts to shrink? Absolutely not! i was eating right and adopted An athletic lifestyle. I was not starving myself by any means. It’s been 7 years since I lost the weight and I Still miss having boobs but am happy that the rest of my body is looking much better.
