I would definitely try it out! Yes, I think it is okay to wear a fitted shirt with shorts. I think that it can look really cute and put together, as long as the shorts are not too short. I also think that it is important to feel comfortable in what you are wearing, so if you are not comfortable in a fitted shirt with shorts, then don’t wear it.
