Are you serious? What country will make laws about what you should wear out shopping? A Mall is private property, so a (stupid) such law wouldn’t be pointless. It is legal to go without it, and also legal for the Gene Blast Los Ingobernables Shirt and I love this mall to turn you away, stores to refuse service, and for you to be told to leave and not come back. If the stores want you to wear a top, you won’t be shopping there are without one. Because in our society women’s bodies are sexualised to a degree that men’s aren’t. The Himba women in north Namibia don’t have this issue. Their breast aren’t sexualised and so they don’t cover them. Just watch the vast majorities of music videos. Women have been told what to do with their bodies for milenia. Cover it up, get it out. It’s rarely about what women actually want and more about how that particular society views women’s bodies.
